Cancellation policy:

We understand that plans can change. As a reminder, our cancellation policy applies as follows:

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment incur a 50% cancellation fee.

  • Cancellations made within 8 hours, or failure to attend the appointment (No Show), incur a 100% fee, which is automatically charged to the card on file.

Where a cancellation occurs after the cut‑off period, clients are kindly asked to please notify us via text on 0439 691 307.

Late Arrivals:

If you're running late for the appointment, please contact us via text 0439 691 307.
In most cases, we’re unable to accept late arrivals, so please plan ahead to arrive on time. Where we’re able to accommodate a late arrival (and we will always try out best to), your appointment may be downgraded to a shorter service at the same cost of your original booking price.
